Sideline Photographer’s Work Room on Game Day:

The photographer’s work room at Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium is located on the main concourse on the west side of the stadium. From the field, take the stairs at the southwest corner. Then take the first set of stairs up through the stands, at the top is the entrance to Sections 132/101. From there, go left. The work room is located across the concourse from the entrance to Sections 129/128 (that will be on your left) and next to the Coletta’s Pizza stand on your right.

CREDENTIAL REQUEST

To be considered for credentials, please fill out the form below and submit your request by Wednesday, December 13, 2023.

Media Will Call
Credentials will not be mailed. However, individuals may claim all passes issued to his/her media organization.

Pickup is at the DoubleTree Hotel Memphis Downtown on December 26-28 daily from 9 AM to 4 PM and on December 29 (game day) from 8 AM to 10:30 AM. After 10:30 AM on December 29th, Game Day Media Will Call will be located at Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium in the lobby of the entrance to the Press Box elevators (west side of stadium) where it will open at 11:30 AM.

Guidelines
Seating is limited in the press box. Preference will be given to media who cover all the home and away games of the participating teams, as well as Memphis area media who routinely cover AutoZone Liberty Bowl events throughout the year. Media that cover all the home games of either of the two schools receive the next priority.

As a general rule, if either participating school has not credentialed you for multiple games during the regular season, you will not be credentialed for the AutoZone Liberty Bowl.

Policies
The AutoZone Liberty Bowl reserves the right to revoke any credential used by individuals not fully accredited, or an individual not in compliance with normal press box and/or sideline standards. Acceptance of credentials constitute agreement by the bearer and his/her media organization to abide by the conditions as prescribed by the AutoZone Liberty Bowl.

No spouses, dates or children will be allowed in Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium media facilities or on the sideline.

“2^nd Floor Press Box” credentials will provide access to the press box and post-game press conference.

"Photo" credentials are for photographers and will provide access to the field for photos, the 2nd Floor Press Box for a meal and post-game press conference.

To order a phone line for game day: All telephone service must be ordered directly through AT&T. Call the AT&T business office at 800-321-2000 (outside TN). You must bring your own equipment and all long distance charges will be the responsibility of the user. The press level is located on the second floor of the press box at Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium. The stadium address is 335 South Hollywood.
