This enter-to-win drawing is operated solely by the AutoZone Liberty Bowl Football Classic (“Promoter”) whose registered office is at 959 Ridgeway Loop Road, Suite 101, Memphis, TN 38120. Employees, board members and partners of the AutoZone Liberty Bowl Football Classic or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the drawing shall not be permitted to enter. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this drawing. The Promotional Period for the drawing will commence at 5:00pm (CST) on Tuesday, October 4, 2016, and will end on Sunday, December 11, 2016, at 11:00pm (CST). After the Promotional Period, no further entries to the drawing will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the drawing are as follows: (a) Entrants must be at least 21 years of age. (b) One entry per person. (c) All required information must be provided by entrant on or before the closing date for entry to be deemed valid.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the drawing and these terms and conditions without notice. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. At the end of the Promotional Period, one (1) winner will be randomly chosen by the Promoter to receive the Grand Prize ("prize"). The prize consists of a two-night stay for two (2) at Big Cypress Lodge inside Bass Pro Shops at the Pyramid, dinner for two (2) at The Lookout restaurant at Bass Pro Shops at the Pyramid, two (2) excellent tickets to the 58th AutoZone Liberty Bowl on Friday, December 30, 2016, at 11am (CST), and one (1) parking pass to the 58th AutoZone Liberty Bowl. The winner will be notified by phone, text message, and/or email within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Entry into the drawing will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
